Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 4-5 business days (if applicable)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as courier issues, severe weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Y2KDecor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our Decor items, but Y2KDecor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and feel free to reach out to us so we can assist you with the process.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India. (Update this section if you offer international shipping, e.g., "We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and transit times will be calculated at checkout.")

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Y2KDecor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the user. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
